Changing a short email username to a long email username
In order to have the most secure email hosting services possible, our server requires that our clients use their full and complete email address as their email account username in their email client program (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Eudora, Webmail, etc).
For example, if your email address is bob@testingaccount.com, then you need to use bob@testingaccount.com as your username in your program settings.
The videos below are for Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Apple Mail, however, settings in other programs are quite similar.
