With this newsletter, I will share four exciting new marketing services that we offer. Please call or reply to this email that you would like to discuss your specific project details with me regarding these suggestions.
1. "Satellites" -- Most of our clients have just a single website, and it is named after their business, ie JonesPlumbing.com When a potential customer does a search for "Vero Beach plumber" on Google, this website may or may not appear at the top of the search engine results screen. However, if the website was called VeroBeachPlumber.com and has been optimized for the search engines, there's a much higher chance in achieving high rankings in the search engine results. The "Satellites" concept consists of us building several separate versions of your website and placing them on the Internet under different domain names related to your business, for example VeroBeachPlumber.com, PlumberInVeroBeach.com, VeroBeachPlumbingContractor.com, VeroBeachEmergencyPlumber.com, etc. Each website would have different text content on it so that the major search engines believe them to be separate and distinct websites entirely. Bruce Cadle, our new search engine optimization specialist, would then go through each of the new satellite websites and spend a few hours each optimize them for maximum effectiveness related to search engine rankings. Prices for this service will vary depending on the client and the amount of content, however, is typically much less cost than creating a brand-new website. Also, we reduce the monthly fee for each "Satellite" site.
2. "Customized Facebook Business Pages" -- As you likely know, Facebook.com now has well over 500 million active users, and many of those people need the product or service that you offer. Many of our clients have created a Facebook page for their business (in addition to a Facebook page for themselves personally). We can assist you with creating a new Facebook Business page (or taking your standard default Facebook Business page) and customizing it to include several new pages that share text, graphics, links, videos, PayPal "buy now" or "donate now" buttons, and much more. The more customized it is, the more interesting it is, and the more useful it is. I've heard through the grapevine that Facebook will be changing how this is done on March 12. Therefore, not to rush you, but if you would like to have us customize your Facebook Business page for you, we need to get started immediately, ie within the next seven days. That will give us the time we need before Facebook changes their rules. 3. "Search Engine Optimization Services" -- As I mentioned above, we now have a new search engine optimization specialist working with the PD-go! Team. His name is Bruce Cadle and he has over a decade of experience in search engine optimization and managing Google Adwords campaigns. He is available to optimize your website for the major search engines as a one-time effort, and optional ongoing SEO maintenance is also available if desired. He has achieved excellent results for several PD-go! clients in the last few months of working with us.
4. "Google Places" -- Google has tweaked their search methodologies so that when many searches are made, local results take precedence over distant ones. For example, if you need a plumber, and you are based in Vero Beach Florida, you are not interested in a plumber based in Chicago or Los Angeles, but instead, you want a vendor who is very local to you. You'll notice on some Google searches that there is a map with red thumbtacks and circles on it, and a list on the main part of the page shows the businesses that correspond to those thumbtacks and circles. This is called "Google Places".

Google has set up an unclaimed "Google Places" page for millions of small businesses across the country, and the companies need to claim their "Place" with Google to use it properly. To do so, simply find your business' "Place" page on Google, claim your listing, fill out the form, upload photos and videos and other information, and then complete the verification step.
