Remote Access: To solve some support requests, we may need to view your computer screen. We have a program that gives us the ability to remotely view and 'drive' your computer from our office. If your support representative tells you to do so, please click to remote.pdgo.com and enter the Meeting ID that is our support rep provides to you. This will install the viewer program. Then, enter your name and your email address. It does not matter which email address you enter in this location. When requested to do so, click the "Show my screen" button to "All" and click the "Give keyboard and mouse" button and select the "All" from the dropdown menu. We will then be able to see your screen and drive your computer remotely. Once we are done, we will close the connection so that we will no longer be able to see or drive your computer. The viewer program will then be automatically removed from your computer.
