We receive a number of support requests from clients who are experiencing limited connectivity to the Internet or an inability to connect to our mail server to send and receive email. If you have verified that your Internet Service Provider is functioning properly, than the issue could be caused by your anti-virus software blocking the ports used for email. We highly recommend ensuring that your anti-virus software is up to date. However, if you continue experiencing this issue, it may be necessary to temporarily uninstall your anti-virus software to troubleshoot this issue. This is an issue with the software itself and not with the PD-go! server.
It may be necessary to replace malfunctioning anti-virus software. We have had good results with the free version of AVG Anti-Virus. To download click here.
